Hi I’m Katrina Hodgson… yes, one of the Tone It Up girls. I lost over 25 pounds! Karena and I put together a diet plan to help us slim down and tone up. I have to be honest… I was feeling a little humiliated to put this picture up… especially as a trainer. Being a personal trainer, I was spending too much time on others, my career and not my own health (like most people actually, mothers, business women, students etc). I hid my weight really well. I hid from pictures, events and even started hiding from mirrors. I was ashamed of my body and decided to make a change… for good!

No more losing weight and then gaining it all back. I almost didn’t put my picture up, but then I realized that this is why I want to help others. It changed my life. I am so much happier, confident in myself and feel like I can do anything. I also have no more joint pain because of the pressure of my extra weight. Everyone always asked, what should I eat!? So we decided to share our daily nutrition plan. For the cost of a training session, Karena and I put together the entire diet for you– so you can make a change too :) Stop waiting for tomorrow… or Monday. I’ve been there. You are the only one in control of your weight and health. Take charge and make a change now.

    Thanks for sharing your story Katrina. It is comforting to know that a person like you wanted to loose weight and tone up too. My mom keeps saying to me that I’m ok the way that I look, but I don’t feel like. I am not fat, but surely i know I have to tone my body to look the best version of myself. I wanna be able to use whatever is in a store and not feel insecure about anything, specially in front of my boyfriend who is a Fashion Designer and is surrounded with models ALL THE TIME!.     Hi Katrina!
    It’s really great that you got the courage to post those pictures. I really enjoy your videos and your energy! I also decided to make a change in my life…I’m going throught some tough stuff in my life and working out is what keep me motivated. Anyway, I would like to know where you got your formation to be a personal trainer, how long, etc, and if you have any recommandations for me because I think that it is something I could really enjoy :)
    By the way, I am really sorry for my spelling mistakes, I’m French.

    You are such an inspiration to me. I am currently right about at the stage where you started- I could stand to lose about fifteen pounds. I have faithfully watched your you-tube videos and blogs for bits of advice on how to shed the pounds- and now I have finally saved enough money to purchase the nutrition plan that helped you so much! I hope to someday be one of the success stories on your site- or at least be a success story for myself. Thank you for the inspiration you have brought to my life.

    I want to connect with you two and hope to hear some supportive feedback.
    I am 31 yrs. old and I have a 4 yr. old girl named Ava. I want so bad to have my youth back. I feel like I am 55 . I have been working out at the gym 4 times a week cardio, some machines and once and a while group workout. Non of it makes me feel happy. I feel like I hate myself. I just want my old metabolism back. Is there a program you can suggest and some words of wisdom and support to stand out from other workout programs to finally give me the push. I want to feel like I am in control again.

    I just love your hot sexy body .I really would love to get a body like yours . How much to u weigh on losing weight now? I really want to be on this plan so bad But I have no job yet .I’m hoping to get a job this new year .But I really want to be on the plannow soI can get in onto the holiday edition plan. I too have noticed a change in my body since starting nursing, but i have always loved fitness and I eat pretty well but I would like to do better I have just run out of recipes to steer me away from junk.     Hi, I think that you are a great inspiration for people looking to get in shape. I myself am struggling to get my body back where it used to be before I had 3 children. I just signed up for the bachelors program in Health Science. Is there any thing that you would recommend? Also, How did u get so educated? What books, magazines, etc did u read to become a professional? I am looking to shake my baby fat of what is the best workout for my stomache?

    The pictures are the most inspiring part. It shows all of us that it takes work even for the most beautiful and fit women. I have just started over the last week on the DVD workouts and love them. You girls talk to and motivate us like we are your best friends and it keeps me coming back to the workouts everyday.     Katrina! What weight did u start out at and what do u weigh now? Ur very inspiring to me, probably one of my favorites!!! A big reason is because I was were u were and now am probably in between ur highest weight and where u are now! Also u have my exact body shape!     Ladies
    Thank u for your youtube videos its is the first time wife my 18 year old daughter is enjoying exercise and is motavated. It has been a 6 year battle for our family and my daughters self hats and is overweight. I had just about given up. Goes to show that you never know what or who will and can inspire you. Will let you know how its going. Week one went great. My 13 year old who is not overweight is wanting to do it too. Stay positive. Thank u for your beauty inside and out.
